  • We are seeking an ambitious Junior Marketer/Office Coordinator to join our team in a dynamic and rapidly growing residential property development company.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications or prior working experience in a similar role or industry, with a creative mindset and proven skills in digital/social media marketing.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Marketing Assistance: Assist in the delivery of digital and social marketing strategies, supported by the Head of Sales & external Marketing Agencies
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the coordination of internal team and corporate events
  • Administrative Support: Monitor reception desk, business phone & maintain the general office
  • Reporting & Invoicing: Assist Managing Director with reporting, invoicing and budgeting
  • Ad Hoc Support: Ad hoc administrative and travel support to the leadership team
">Requirements:">
  • Tertiary qualifications OR prior working experience in a similar role or industry: Marketing, Communications, Property, Business Operations
  • A creative mindset with proven skills in digital/social media marketing
  • The ability to generate fresh ideas around team culture and events
  • The skills to multi-task and adapt in a changing and growing business
  • The initiative to problem solve independently and the confidence to ask for help when you need it
