Lead Technical Specialist

This role offers the opportunity to take on a leadership position in our quality engineering team, guiding and influencing technical staff to achieve excellence. Key responsibilities include: conducting quality audits, reviewing management systems, identifying gaps in business processes, and implementing corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough quality audits and reviews of management systems to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance quality processes
  • Lead and guide a technical team to achieve quality objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and resolve issues
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent technical qualification
  • Proven experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Strong understanding of root cause analysis, failure investigation, and corrective action implementation
  • Hands-on technical expertise with mechanical systems and manufacturing processes
