Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Investment Banking Manager to lead our Investment Banking & Consulting team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex M&A transactions from start to finish, including deal strategy, financial modeling, valuations, negotiations, and closing.
  • Manage high-profile buy-side and sell-side engagements, working directly with clients, investors, and internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and driving growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to growth strategies, driving profitability and expanding market share.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members while overseeing day-to-day project execution and ensuring seamless delivery of results.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and develop actionable insights that strengthen client deliverables and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate development, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading transactions and managing client relationships.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and deal-structuring skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, executive presence, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, with advanced degrees and certifications (MBA, CPA, CVA, AM&AA) highly valued.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% as needed to support client needs and expand business opportunities.
