Investment Banking Analyst / Associate / Associate Director
Overview
We are working with a Brisbane based independent corporate advisory firm that offers strategic advice on M&A, business divestments, equity capital markets (ECM), and capital raisings.
Serving both private and public clients, domestically and internationally, the firm works across a broad range of sectors and transaction types, delivering transaction management and strategic guidance throughout every stage of the deal process.
The firm is looking to hire at either the Analyst, Associate or Associate Director level to join its growing Brisbane team.
In this role, you will work closely with senior bankers across all stages of the transaction lifecycle, including financial analysis and valuation modelling, due diligence and data room coordination, preparation of client presentations and information memoranda, industry and company research and support on transaction execution and client engagement.
Candidates with prior M&A experience will be prioritised.
This experience could come from another investment bank, boutique advisory firm, corporate development team or Big 4 accounting firm.
We will also consider candidates in Transaction Services or Valuations roles within Big 4 firms.
Strong financial modelling skills and attention to detail are essential.
