Your Role

In this exciting full or part-time position, you will report to the Nursing Regional Manager and become a vital part of our dynamic organization in a newly established role focused on enhancing the health outcomes of our clients.

In this significant position, you will lead clinical management and coordination efforts, working closely with aged-care facilities. We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual who can excel in an independent role that offers both flexibility and autonomy. Your primary base will be in aged care facilities, with regular travel to partner locations for clinical assessments and other responsibilities. While your main focus will be in your local area, occasional travel to other regions may be required.

The Registered or Enrolled Nurse will work within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of efficient and high-quality services, supported by the Nursing Regional Manager and administrative staff. The successful candidate will also contribute to our care model by engaging in organic business development to grow our resident base. Proficiency in computer skills is essential, and while prior experience in telehealth is advantageous, it is not a requirement.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Nursing.
  • Experience in problem-solving and professional collaboration.
  • IT skills and proficiency in documenting patient needs.
  • AHPRA Nursing Registration.
  • Experience in Aged Care, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Current driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer usage.
  • Experience in Aged Care and understanding of clinical responsibilities.
