Mental Health Alternatives To Emergency Department Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Mental Health Alternatives To Emergency Department team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of professionals who provide alternative mental health services to individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of professionals in providing alternative mental health services
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service provision
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitor and evaluate service performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Proven experience in leading a team of professionals in a mental health setting
- Strong knowledge of mental health principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
