About Your New Job

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly, half-year, and end-of-year financial reports
  • Daily sales reporting
  • Assisting in weekly plant forecasts, including sales volumes and manufacturing costs
  • General ledger reconciliations
  • Reconciliation of all stock accounts as part of the month-end process
  • Maintenance of the Fixed Asset Register
  • Participating in monthly stocktakes
  • Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets
  • Completing ad-hoc reporting and queries from the wider business
About You

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

  • A degree qualification
  • Some prior experience in accounting and a thorough understanding of accounting principles
  • Currently studying or about to begin your CPA/CA
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Intermediate to advanced level Excel
  • A willingness to learn and be a team player
