Job Title:

Operational Capability Specialist

You will play a pivotal role in supporting the development of operational capability within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating the maintenance, testing, and issuance of specialized equipment such as P3 masks, gas detectors, radios, and tablets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the maintenance, testing, and issuance of specialized equipment
  • Engage with teams to deliver equipment-related education and training
  • Maintain accurate inventory lists and monitor equipment usage for compliance
  • Liaise with external agencies for equipment maintenance advice
  • Contribute to specific initiatives to enhance organizational capability and capacity

Key Qualifications:

  • Must meet the mandatory requirements as outlined in our organization's standard operating procedures
  • Highly desirable: Knowledge of or experience working with volunteers and/or within a volunteer environment
