Job Description

The Trainee Educator position is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality early childhood education and care services. As a Trainee Educator, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and engaging learning environment that promotes the well-being and development of children.

  • Maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members
  • Complying with National Quality Standards (NQS) and organizational policies
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with children and families
  • Contributing to the education program and supporting a culture of continuous improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care or willingness to study towards it
  • Appropriate Australian work rights
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
