**Job Description:**

We are seeking an IT Support Professional Trainee to join our team. As a Frontline (IT) Trainee, you will be part of a 24-month program designed for individuals passionate about technology and eager to learn.

About the Role:

The role involves providing on-site support at various schools. You will work closely with experienced IT professionals, gaining hands-on experience and knowledge in areas such as hardware and software troubleshooting, network administration, cybersecurity, and IT support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Engage with instructions regarding work, training, and coursework.
  • Complete necessary training to complete relevant Cert III and Cert IV in Information Technology.
  • Undertake tasks, assessments, and assignments as per the allocated course.
  • Interact with students and staff in appointed schools to provide technical support.
  • Install and configure hardware and software on devices, including PCs, laptops, and tablets.
  • Troubleshoot programs and applications to resolve issues that may occur.

**Essential Criteria:**

  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products.
  • Energized by working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a strong passion for technology and a desire to build a career in IT.
  • Able to work effectively in a team and learn from experienced IT professionals.
  • Eager to adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Commitment to upholding IT security and confidentiality.
