Support Worker Job

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide day-to-day support, personal care and development for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct support and care to individuals with disabilities in community settings
  • Assist customers with daily living activities, including personal care and domestic duties
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve customer outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualised plans to meet customer needs and goals
Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain prior to commencing
  • Ability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including days, evenings, awake shifts, sleepovers and weekend shifts
  • Good computer, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confirmation record of COVID-19 vaccination (doses 1, 2 and booster)
