Job Overview

The Digital Quality Assurance professional oversees the entire quality assurance process, ensuring compliance with computerized GXP regulatory requirements. This includes managing change controls, participating on project teams, and leading audits.

About the Role

  • Manage change controls and deviations by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Participate on project teams to provide, receive, and approve project validation documentation according to established procedures.
  • Lead and participate in vendor/supplier audits involving GXP computerized systems, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Provide QA oversight of the digital quality area, ensuring all processes meet regulatory requirements.
  • Review reports, participate on project teams, and lead audits to ensure quality objectives are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as IT, Computing, or Engineering is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, working within IT with a quality and compliance background.
  • Well-versed in IT Quality Management systems and principles, including risk management and quality control.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external vendors and stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
  • Ability to train and guide others in quality procedures and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
