Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in a late night shift role.

About the Role

In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor operations.

You will work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve sales goals, manage stock levels, and maintain a positive and productive work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and assist customers with purchases and product information
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting teamwork and respect among colleagues
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing store experience
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Manage stock levels, reporting any discrepancies or concerns to management

Salary and Benefits
