Geology Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced geology leader to spearhead our exploration activities.

  • Lead the development of staged exploration targets and campaigns, utilizing expertise in geological analysis.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage drilling programs, ensuring seamless contractor engagement.
  • Direct the team during on-site exploration drilling campaigns, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant statutory obligations and regulations, guaranteeing a safe working environment.
  • Produce comprehensive technical reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  • Present planned drilling programs and results to senior management, providing actionable insights.
  • Evaluate expansion opportunities, identifying areas for strategic growth.

Requirements:

  • Extensive exploration experience in Western Australia, particularly with iron ore projects.
  • Proven leadership experience in exploration teams, demonstrating effective team management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear stakeholder engagement.
  • Current Western Australian driver's license and police clearance.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical examination.
