Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team on a 6-month contract. The role involves planning, leading and executing pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup activities for electrical systems.
About the Role- Plan and execute pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup activities for electrical systems
- Prepare and review technical documentation, procedures and acceptance criteria
- Monitor subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with standards and schedules
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to contribute to one of Western Australia's most significant energy projects.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement electrical system commissioning plans
- Coordinate with contractors and disciplines to align work sequences with project plans
- Oversee testing, storage and inspection of electrical systems
We require strong communication and organisational skills to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in commissioning and startup of electrical systems on major projects
- Strong understanding of safety management systems, codes and standards
As this is a FIFO/DIDO role, you must be willing to work away from home and have a high level of flexibility.
