Home Improvement Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Home Improvement Consultant to join our team as an Appointment Setter and Lead Qualification Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to new leads during business hours in Australia, aiming for minutes or hours within AEST/AEDT time zone.
- Diligently qualify potential customers using criteria such as budget, authority, need, timeline, and product suitability across patios, decks, and carports.
- Efficiently book qualified appointments via HubSpot Scheduler or Calendly into Australian consultants' calendars.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track movement, and ensure pipeline data is up-to-date.
- Prepare weekly reports detailing calls made, appointments set, qualified leads passed, and pipeline activity.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2C appointment setting or lead qualification, preferably in home improvement, construction, solar, telco, insurance, or similar high-volume consumer categories.
- Proven success in serving Australian consumers and working core AEST/AEDT hours.
- Excellent communication skills on the phone, with fast response times and strong objection handling abilities.
- Familiarity with HubSpot and calendar booking tools, along with comfort running structured call, SMS, and email follow-ups.
