**Job Summary**

We are seeking a talented lawyer to join the Amazon Legal team, supporting Project Kuiper. As a key member of the Kuiper business and operations teams, you will be responsible for structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements related to service and customer terminal sales, as well as counseling the business team on legal issues.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways
  • Counsel the business team on legal matters related to Kuiper's enterprise and sales business
  • Structure, draft, and negotiate agreements for service and customer terminal sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address risk and ensure business flexibility

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of legal experience
  • Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
  • Experience in transactional and technology licensing or equivalent
  • Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, outsourcing, telecommunications, cloud computing services or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to cross-functional teams
