As a valued member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering top-tier care to our clients, providing services from laser hair removal to advanced skin treatments. Your key responsibilities will include conducting consultations, developing personalised treatment plans, and recommending products tailored to each client's unique needs.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • A Diploma in Beauty Therapy is essential for this role.
  • You'll need to have proven ability to exceed individual sales targets and meet team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial to inspire, motivate, and build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the highest level of clinic operations and client satisfaction.
  • Experience with medical-grade devices such as Candela Laser and Body Contouring would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
  • You'll need to be available to work on Thursdays and Saturdays.
