The Role

As a Senior Laser Skin Therapist with SILK Laser Clinics Australia, you will be responsible for providing various treatments to our clients, including laser hair removal treatment and dermal and skin treatments. You will add value to our clients by providing treatment recommendations, including bespoke treatment plans and product recommendations to help them target their concerns.

Our clients come first, and this role requires building long-lasting relationships to ensure client experience is always gold-standard. You will work collaboratively with our team to achieve exceptional results and exceed individual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide various treatments to clients, including laser hair removal treatment and dermal and skin treatments.
  • Offer treatment recommendations, including bespoke treatment plans and product recommendations.
  • BUILD long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve exceptional results and exceed individual sales targets.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, highly regarded.
  • Proven ability to exceed individual sales targets, highlighting a results-driven approach.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and positive communication skills that inspire and motivate team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficiency and excellence in clinic operations.
  • Experience with medical-grade devices such as Candela Laser and Body Contouring is highly regarded.
