We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Professional to join our team in providing holistic care for children's mental health and well-being. This role involves leading inter and multidisciplinary care planning, enhancing knowledge and skills in working with neurodiversity and mental illness, and collaborating with families to create and implement care plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to children under 12 who require secondary mental health and wellbeing support.
  • Enhancing knowledge and skills in working with neurodiversity and mental illness, including NDIS and Early Childhood Early Interventions (ECEI) processes.
  • Liaising with schools and agencies to ensure seamless care and support for children and their families.
