Early Childhood Educator Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic educator to deliver high-quality educational programs for children based on the Early Years Learning Framework.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Program Planning: Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs that cater to the uniqueness, interests, and developmental needs of each child.
  • Child Development: Observe, assess, and adapt programs accordingly to ensure optimal development of each child.
  • Families and Partnerships: Collaborate with families to share insights and build strong partnerships.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation and records as per regulatory requirements.
  • Professional Development: Participate in continuous professional growth and team meetings.
  • Inclusive Environment: Foster an inclusive environment for children with diverse needs.

Requirements:
  • A Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care is required.
  • A valid Working with Children Check is mandatory.
