Job Overview

We are seeking a Retail Account Manager to drive the success of national supermarket accounts by delivering proactive retail account support, coordinating promotions and customer communications, and contributing to accurate sales forecasting.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key retail accounts across major grocery channels. This includes developing and maintaining short-, medium-, and long-term sales forecasts based on promotional plans and seasonal trends. Additionally, they will collaborate with production planning and logistics teams to ensure forecasts align with supply capacity and stock availability.

  • Contribute to promotional planning, execution, and performance tracking in collaboration with marketing and customer teams.
  • Prepare presentations, pricing files, and sales reports for internal and customer meetings.
  • Conduct regular store visits and market reviews to assess brand presence, pricing, and competitor activity.
  • Respond to account enquiries and help resolve issues relating to product availability, order fulfilment, or pricing.
  • Interact confidently with stakeholders at various levels within the customer hierarchy.
  • Maintain CRM records and assist with preparing business review documents and commercial reports.
