First Focus is a leading Managed Service Provider seeking an exceptional Network Engineer to join our team in Sydney. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and supporting networking solutions and associated project delivery for our clients and First Focus.

The ideal candidate will have solid network engineering experience, with a strong understanding of network technologies, including routing, switching, wireless networking, and advanced network security. Cisco CCNA Routing and Switching certification is highly valued, and Fortinet certifications are also desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, maintain, and support our clients and First Focus' growing network infrastructure.
  • Operational Network Management and monitoring for client networks.
  • Routing, Switching, and firewall deployment of networking technologies.
  • Provide project support as required to deliver projects across multiple clients.
  • Resolve network and service issues.
  • Configuring and installing various network devices and services.

Desired Skills:

  • Solid network engineering experience.
  • Currently working for or have experience working for a Managed Service provider.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools.
  • Experience with network technologies.
  • Exposure to Routing, switching, Wireless networking, Firewalling, and advanced network security.
  • Cisco CCNA Routing and Switching certification.
  • Fortinet Certifications.
