We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team.
About the RoleThe primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service, sales support, and technical assistance to customers via various communication channels.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Handle customer orders for medical supplies and equipment.
- Document customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
