At Nutrien, we're committed to delivering innovative solutions for our agricultural customers. As a Lead Agronomic Advisor - Broadacre Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing expert product knowledge and technical support to our broadacre client base in Katherine.

The successful candidate will have established themselves as a trusted advisor in an agronomy role, with a deep understanding of the products, seasonal timings, and general requirements of rural producers. You'll possess excellent customer service, organisational, administrative, and computing skills, complemented by strong written and verbal communication skills.

This is a rewarding role that requires a tertiary qualification in agricultural science or a related field and a current driver's license. If you have experience in an agronomic advisory role related to agricultural chemicals and fertiliser, we encourage you to apply.

In this role, you'll provide agronomic and technical support to farmers and producers in the region, working closely with our sales team to develop strong relationships with existing customers and target new clients through superior sales and agronomic input. You'll maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest plant production practices and coordinate field days and farmer meetings to position yourself as the go-to subject matter expert in the region.

We estimate the annual salary for this role to be approximately $120,000, taking into account the location, industry standards, and the level of expertise required. This figure is based on national averages and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
