Lead Warehouse Operations

We're seeking an experienced and highly motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Sydney. As our operations continue to expand, we need a strong leader who excels in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in warehouse management and systems, with the ability to supervise day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

  • Lead and motivate warehouse staff and drivers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Unload trucks and scan stock on receipt, as well as scanning stock into locations.
  • Manage daily work plans, inventory management, and control.
  • Perform regular stocktakes and analysis of variances.
  • Oversee picking and checking processes for accuracy and to ensure customer orders are fulfilled.
  • Ensure documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
