We are seeking an individual to join our team as an Assistant Venue Manager at a luxury hotel in the heart of the city.

The successful candidate will have experience in a dynamic venue setting and a proactive approach to managing daily operations and shifts.

  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction ratings\
  • Enhancing the reputation of the hotel through exceptional service delivery\
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs\
  • Collaborating with other departments to achieve common goals and objectives\
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the hotel remains competitive\
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support the hotel's overall strategy\
  • Building strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and external partners to drive business growth and success\
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential and develop their skills and knowledge\
  • Identifying and addressing any operational or technical issues promptly and effectively\
  • Providing regular feedback and coaching to team members to ensure they are meeting expectations\
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies\
  • Continuously improving processes and systems to increase efficiency and productivity\
  • Supporting the hotel's sustainability initiatives and promoting environmentally friendly practices\
  • Representing the hotel at external events and functions to build relationships and promote the brand\
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, colleagues, and external partners\
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the hotel's services and amenities\
  • Implementing changes to improve the guest experience and drive business growth\
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of new initiatives and making adjustments as needed\
  • Developing and maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages diversity, equity, and inclusion\
  • Ensuring all team members understand and adhere to the hotel's values and code of conduct\
  • Leading by example and demonstrating the hotel's values and behaviors in all interactions\
