Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned program manager to lead our field team members towards success. This role is responsible for maintaining stakeholder relationships and overseeing the growth of key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective program management to ensure Field Team members are set up for success
  • Create and sustain a positive relationship with client stakeholders through an in-depth understanding of their business needs, challenges, and priorities
  • Taking ownership and accountability for driving strategic direction of the client's programs
  • Proactively seeking opportunities to provide proactive plans and innovation


Required Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience in a Client Service or Field Manager role and looking to step up into a national role.

Proven ability to make commercial decisions which result in positive outcomes for the business.

Able to complete tasks thoroughly and with high attention to detail.

Demonstrated effective communication across all levels of the business.

Eager to take on a new challenge.
