Job Overview:

This role involves managing the health and security of patients, visitors, and staff in a network of hospitals and healthcare facilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and support to ensure quality care and service is delivered safely and securely.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to health and security.
  • Develop and implement health and security strategies to minimize risks and maximize outcomes.
Key Requirements:
  • Current NSW Security Licence (Class 1A minimum) and ability to maintain it.
  • First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003) and ability to maintain it.
  • Relevant experience in security systems, including access control systems and CCTV.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing staff performance by providing feedback and coaching.
