As a Branch Manager at Nutrien Ag Solutions, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in our Moora, WA location. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with local rural producers and driving sales for a broad range of agricultural products and merchandise.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership to branch employees across rural merchandise, agronomy, fertiliser, livestock, wool, financial services, and insurance.
- Be the face of the branch, highly visible to customers and staff alike.
- Drive branch performance and achieve financial targets.
- Mentor the sales team to provide professional, efficient, and quality service to customers both in-store and on-farm.
- Create strategies and implement channels to drive further revenue.
- Oversee supply chain activities for the branch to ensure products are delivered in full and on time in line with inventory KPIs.
- Champion and manage safety, quality, and the overall presentation of the store to the highest standards.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong background in the agricultural industry. You will demonstrate:
- A strong sales background with demonstrated success.
- A sound understanding of financial acumen.
- Self-motivation and a drive to implement improvements in all areas of store operations.
- Success in developing solid long-term partnerships with customers, other key stakeholders, and the local community to identify opportunities to develop new business.
- A forklift and truck license is advantageous but not mandatory.
