The role of Workday Organizational Change and Training Principal Consultant will provide value to the organization by pursuing team and organizational goals, operating with a client-first mindset, and exemplifying core values in an effort to achieve meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of methodologies such as CYNERGY, PROSCI, and OC&T
  • Provide strong written and verbal communication skills, managing difficult client relationships and escalating project risks as needed
  • Support internal initiatives, suggesting projects that drive broader improvements
  • Produce quality work, provide feedback and support to junior resources, and contribute to sales efforts
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2 years' experience with Workday implementation
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience as an OC&T Lead on 2-4 end-to-end projects
  • Current Workday Core HCM or Core Financials certification is an advantage
