Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of core admin and productivity capabilities that power our platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the vision for admin efficiency capabilities, ensuring they scale effectively across customer segments.

In this role, you will work closely with design, engineering, and GTM teams to deliver solutions that meet both customer needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive strategy for admin efficiency capabilities, ensuring effective scaling across customer segments.
  • Onboarding & Automation: Deliver onboarding, user and group management experiences and automation tools that reduce manual setup and accelerate time-to-value post-sales and provisioning.
  • Notification Services: Improve email and flow of work notification services that empower product teams to deliver targeted, contextual engagement for admins and learners.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, engineering, and GTM teams to deliver solutions that meet both customer needs and business objectives.
  • Data-Driven Iteration: Use data and customer insights to inform prioritization, measure success, and continuously improve admin and productivity experiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years of product management experience, ideally working on SaaS platforms or B2B products.
  • Ecosystem Thinking: Understanding how products fit into a broader ecosystem and designing solutions that work across complex environments.
  • Customer Focus: Delivering meaningful value for customers through focused problem-solving and collaboration.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Thriving in cross-functional environments and welcoming diverse input.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Using data and customer insights to guide decision-making and prioritize ruthlessly.
  • Bias for Action: Moving quickly from idea to execution, iterating to learn fast and deliver value early.
