Human Resources Expertise

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of human resources processes, including workforce planning, recruitment and selection, and leave management. The successful applicant will ensure compliance with relevant policies, directives, and legislation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising a team in undertaking administrative tasks for human resources processes
  • Reviewing and implementing changes to human resources services to maintain compliance
  • Analysing data on human resource services and providing reports as required

For this role, we are looking for an individual with expertise in human resources management, preferably with experience in a similar setting. Relevant skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyse data and provide insights
