
Front Desk Administrator

As a medical receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and supporting the administration team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer-facing role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients and welcoming them into the Centre
- Collecting and entering patient details into the database
- Scheduling appointments (when required)
- Answering telephone calls and enquiries
- Administration support and other ad hoc duties
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to use IT and self-learning software, and have knowledge of Best Practice software use as an advantage.
