We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Arranger/Conductor. As a key member of our funeral services team, you will play a vital role in supporting families during a difficult time.

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of funeral services, ensuring a seamless and respectful experience for families.
• Work closely with families to understand their needs and preferences, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
• Implement funeral plans, directing the team and providing support and guidance for families on the day of the service.

• You possess a strong customer service ethos, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• You have a professional attitude, with an empathetic and compassionate approach towards people.
• You are comfortable working with grieving families and the deceased, with excellent communication and high attention to detail.
• You hold a full, unrestricted driver's license.
