Job DescriptionWe are seeking Year 11 students to join our team as School–based Traineeships where you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations. As a Supply Chain Operations Trainee, your responsibilities will include:
- Embracing our values, policies, and procedures
- Providing excellent customer service
- Completing all requirements of the certificate, including workbooks and on-the-job training and assessments
- Processing sales and managing stock levels
- Communicating effectively with customers and staff
- Building product knowledge and providing follow-up support to customers
- Maintaining a high-standard workplace environment
We are looking for individuals who possess good written and verbal communication skills, can follow instructions, demonstrate enthusiasm and a great attitude, and are willing to learn and take on new challenges. Students will be required to work the equivalent of one and a half days per week, with Saturday availability a must. Additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to assist in your progress.
BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $55,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
