Top Level Data Analyst Position

As a Senior Data Service Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality data services to clients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent client service skills, with the ability to liaise with and explain results to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Day-to-day oversight of data reporting services produced by an offshore hub location.
- Interact directly with Australian-based clients to ensure high-quality service delivery experience.
- Work on service optimization and change management tasks for designated clients.
Normalise, aggregate, and validate data, applying specific business rules to enhance output.
Feed results via daily data files to clients, including their 3rd-party software solutions.
Support maintenance of client-facing user interfaces.
Areas of ResponsibilityService Delivery: Support delivery of all data-as-a-service products to clients, developing and maintaining relationships with clients.
Technical Contact Point: Clarify and resolve reporting queries received from the hub location or the client.
Projects & Change: Support client change control aimed at developing, extending, or improving existing services received by the client.
Essential Skills/CompetenciesProven client service skills.
Practical experience liaising with and explaining results to clients and internal stakeholders.
Strong practical understanding of financial data and systems.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, SQL knowledge, and database experience.
Understanding of data system architecture and systems such as MapR and Hadoop.
Experience working within data analytics, middle office, investment, and performance analysis environments.
