As a mid level Data Analyst at Easy Agile, you'll help transform data into clear, actionable insights that support decision making across the business. You'll work with existing data models and pipelines, design dashboards, and collaborate with teams like Product, Finance, Marketing and Leadership to bring data to life.

What You'll Do
  • Investigate and answer complex business questions through data analysis
  • Build analytical views on top of Kimball-style data models using dbt and Snowflake
  • Design interactive dashboards in Metabase (and future BI tools) that make insights accessible to everyone
  • Investigate data quality issues and resolve discrepancies with the data team, stakeholders and external parties
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver self-service solutions
  • Translate business requirements into analytical approaches, clearly communicating findings and recommendations
  • Help improve data literacy across the company by running education sessions and supporting teams to interpret insights
  • Document methodologies and continuously improve data and reporting assets
About You
  • You're curious by nature and enjoy digging into data to find the "why" behind the numbers
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL, Python and BI tools
  • Confident with data visualization and presenting findings clearly
  • Experience with dimensional data models and concepts like fact and dimension tables
  • Proficient in dbt and building/maintaining models for robust, scalable analytics
  • Good data visualization design principles and effective use of BI tools
  • Collaborative, asks great questions, and tailors communication to the audience
  • Detail oriented with emphasis on data accuracy, testing and data trust
  • Keen to improve how things work and contribute to continual learning
We'll Be Excited If You
  • Have experience in a SaaS business or with Atlassian tools
  • Have experience with advanced data visualization techniques
  • Are familiar with basic machine learning concepts, predictive modeling and statistical techniques
