Marketing Role

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. This dynamic and varied role will involve playing a central role in helping us achieve our marketing goals: growing brand awareness, driving visitation, increasing bookings, and building loyalty across all outlets.

This role will also involve managing website content, creating and scheduling email marketing campaigns, and assisting with social media and design workflows. You'll support the senior marketing manager with implementing campaigns and marketing initiatives across our venues, building and sending engaging newsletters and promotional EDMs, managing content and updates across venue websites, and more.

About the Role:

  • Support the senior marketing manager with implementing campaigns and marketing initiatives across our venues
  • Build and send engaging newsletters and promotional EDMs
  • Manage content and updates across venue websites
  • Assist in basic SEO management and digital performance tracking
  • Support bespoke promotions and activations with venue partners
  • Manage external partnerships and agency relationships
  • Provide marketing support to venue managers, chefs, and F&B leadership
  • Assist with creative workflow and liaise with the in-house graphic designer
  • Help execute paid social media campaigns and generate content for social platforms
  • Coordinate marketing meetings and maintain filing systems

About You:

  • 2+ years' experience in marketing, ideally in hospitality or events
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident with website CMS, email marketing tools, and social media platforms
  • Enthusiastic about food, dining, and delivering premium guest experiences
  • Full Australian working rights
