Commercial Litigation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled litigator with 3-5 years of post-admission experience to join our growing litigation and dispute resolution practice.

  • Contract and commercial disputes
  • Shareholder, partnership and director disputes
  • Debt recovery and enforcement
  • Property, leasing and strata disputes
  • Restraint of trade and employment matters
  • Regulatory and administrative law issues

You will be responsible for managing your files, attending court, liaising directly with clients and counsel, and contributing to strategic case planning.

Skill Requirements:
  • 3-5 years PAE in commercial litigation
  • Solid legal research, drafting and file management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident in client interaction and managing competing deadlines
  • A collaborative mindset and a commercial approach to solving problems
