Clinical Leader in Aged Care

Job Summary
Uniting is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in residential aged care. As a Clinical Leader, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating resident care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents.
About the Role
- Develop and implement resident care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of resident care
- Liaise with medical and allied health professionals to ensure high-quality care
- Supervise and support Personal Care Workers
- Practice in a holistic way, using critical decision-making skills to lead the team

Requirements
- Previous registered nursing experience in aged or community care
- Adaptable, empathetic, and resourceful with excellent time management skills
- Commitment to contemporary aged care nursing practice
- Nursing degree with current AHPRA registration
