Compassionate Care Specialist

We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide high-quality care and support to residents in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

About the Role:

As a Compassionate Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting residents with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and social engagement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional care services to residents ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being
  • Support residents with daily tasks including bathing, dressing, feeding, and transferring
  • Assist residents with mobility issues using proper lifting techniques and equipment
  • Promote social interaction among residents through engaging activities and events
Requirements:
  • Currently hold or working towards a Certificate 3 in Individual Support qualification
  • Hold a valid Police Check certificate
  • Must possess Australian work rights
