We are seeking a strategic leader to drive national workforce planning and analytics across our operations.

As the Head of Workforce Planning, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare workforce delivery.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a national workforce strategy that aligns with business goals
  • Forecasting workforce supply and demand, identifying risks and growth opportunities
  • Leading workforce reporting and analytics to inform executive decision-making
  • Ensuring accurate data and optimising reporting systems
  • Collaborating with departments to drive targeted attraction strategies
  • Advising leaders on trends, workforce optimisation, and support initiatives

To be considered for this role, you will bring:

  • A strong analytical mindset with expertise in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
  • An understanding of key principles of workforce supply/demand modelling and predictive analytics
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to link workforce decisions to business outcomes
  • Demonstrated leadership and people development capabilities
  • The ability to learn and utilise AI models to expedite analysis

You will have qualifications in Business, Analytics, IT or a related field, and minimum 5 years' experience in an analytical role such as financial analyst, financial business partner, workforce planning, analytics or resourcing.
