Job Description

We're seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead our critical projects and drive business growth. As a Strategic Project Director, you'll be responsible for managing multiple workstreams, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Maintain effective stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Manage project budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company funds
  • Deliver high-quality project outcomes that meet or exceed business expectations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
