Practice Administrator Job Opportunity

This is a fascinating chance to become part of our leading Real Estate team in Canberra, working on a permanent, full-time basis as a Practice Administrator.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out general accounts, reporting and monthly billing tasks;
  • Managing files and emails for the Partners and team members;
  • Maintaining telephones, electronic diaries and voicemail for the team;
  • Organising meetings and travel arrangements;
  • Collaborating with Law Clerks to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Required Skills:
  • Previous experience working with high-level executives will be viewed favourably;
  • An organised approach to administrative tasks;
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively prioritise work to meet deadlines;
  • Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • A friendly and team-focused attitude;
  • Strong attention-to-detail, typing skills and professional manner;
  • Flexibility when working with diverse stakeholders and their unique styles;
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of Partners and the wider team.
