Location: Ryde, New South Wales

Estimated Salary: $30.61 per hour + Super + Paid KM's + Phone Allowance

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and caring individual to join our team as an Aged Care Support Professional. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing domestic assistance, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Supporting social activities, including transportation to appointments and lifestyle events
  • Delivering complex care services, including dementia support
  • Providing respite and emotional support to our customers

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in a similar role, including personal care skills
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and make sound judgments
