About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Support Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Production Support Logistics team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership and management of the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Production Support Logistics team to deliver events and productions
  • Develop and implement procedures to meet working conditions and client needs
  • Manage information technology systems and processes, including equipment management, warehousing, and logistics
  • Ensure compliance with WHS responsibilities and maintain a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with teams across multiple disciplines to ensure successful event delivery
Requirements
  • Comprehensive skills and experience in live theatre/entertainment industry
  • Demonstrated experience in rostering staff and managing procedures
  • Knowledge of information technology systems and processes
  • MR class driver's license and forklift driver's license highly desirable
  • Electrical test and tag competency highly desirable
  • Good communication, team building, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize work to meet deadlines
