Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading, mentoring and developing a team of engineers across civils projects. They will also pursue new opportunities for the civils divisions through active business development, manage and resolve project issues and consider construction costings and practices in the design process.
Key Requirements- Formal Civil Engineering qualifications recognised by Engineers Australia.
- 15+ years + experience as a Civil Engineer with a strong background executing roads/resources/energy projects within Australia.
- Previous background working on major highways projects in Australia.
- Chartered member (CPeng) of Institute of Engineers Australia.
- Excellent Business Development skills.
- Ability to liaise with project managers and architects effectively.
- Ability to review designs, good problem-solving skills and good understanding of commercial risk with contract management experience.
- A competitive salary up to $200k per annum.
