Job Description:

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your role will involve scheduling, research, document management, and representing the CEO's professional image with excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks in a busy environment
  • Provide executive support at a senior management level

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You will need a proven ability to coordinate senior executive schedules while effectively prioritizing and managing administrative tasks. Previous experience providing executive support at a senior management level is preferred. You must have advanced skills in MS Office suite and date bases.
