We are seeking a highly effective Regulatory Project Manager to lead and manage the regulatory processes for our cultured meat products.

This is a challenging role that requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans for regulatory approval processes, ensuring timely and successful completion
  • Ensure adherence to existing food safety regulations and guidelines, and help develop and execute new regulations/standards where necessary
  • Assist in the preparation and review of novel food approval submissions, coordinating with external laboratories and service providers as needed
  • Optimize internal regulatory processes through automation and technology, reducing time-to-market and improving efficiency
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and industry partners
  • Maintain organized and well-documented records of regulatory activities and submissions
Requirements:
  • At least 3-6 years of experience managing complex projects across various stakeholders
  • A degree in a relevant scientific discipline, such as food science, biology, or chemistry
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build deep internal and external relationships
  • Experience working in a startup environment or a willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work culture
  • Strong interest or competency with technology, including automation opportunities
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and drive process improvements
